Shipping Information

We understand the value of your time. We can say that with great honor that we are never late and our customer’s shipments reach their destinations within the prescribed time. We offer very economical rates with effective tracking of your shipments.

When you place an order on, you will receive an order confirmation call from our customer service representative within 8 to 12 hours. After you have confirmed your order, consignment will be dispatched immediately and it will reach you anywhere in Pakistan within 3-5 working days. Your delivery is made through Courier.

You can track your order by online tracking, SMS, email or call our customer service center if unexpected delays occur with your order, which is highly unlikely. Our customer service department will effectively act to solve your problem and rectify it by taking necessary actions.

Order Confirmation

To confirm the order our customer service representative will call you within 8 to 12 hours. In case you do not receive the call, our customer service representative will call you 3 time. If you do not respond all 3 calls for order confirmation. Your order will be considered cancelled. You will also receive timely emails about your order confirmation process. And only upon confirmation from you, we will dispatch your order.


We believe in store choices and work our way to provide our customer with best services and care. Therefore, you have the option to cancel your order by informing us at or calling at our customer service department. Please note that the shipment or the item you ordered will be dispatched within 24 hours, hence order can only be cancelled at the time of the order confirmation call. Once you have confirmed the order it will not be canceled.

Product Return Process

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request on the website within 7 days of the delivery date.

Not eligible for return if the item is “No longer needed”.

If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, a refund will be issued.

Conditions for Returns


The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn


The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories


The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box


NOTE: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.


Issuance of Refunds

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is not refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
